3) Media Training:
We offer in-house media training for spokespeople who may have to face the press. This is run by two ex BBC television and radio journalists and presenters who also have a great deal of experience in current teaching at college level. (eg the London College of print).
The training builds confidence and betrays many of the techniques used by an experienced journalist to trip-up the unwary. Camera positions are explained, lighting set-ups exposed, but more importantly techniques for creating robust responses and perfect sound-bites for news are examined in full. Remember, We still work on a free-lance basis for Television news and are responsible for finding these soundbites and conducting those interviews. This gives corporate clients the chance to 'sleep with the enemy', understand video production, give a polished performance, and remain on message.
